Reporting Trail Problems:

Since our volunteer trail maintainers can’t visit every part of the trail every day, we depend on trail users to help us by noticing and reporting trail conditions that need to be addressed or repaired.

Issues with the trail can fall into any of these categories or something else we haven’t thought of:

  • Some sort of safety issue (if it is an emergency call 911)
  • Trail washout(s) or rock falls
  • Fallen trees or power-lines across the trail
  • Broken handrails or missing boardwalk boards
  • Failed retaining walls
  • Defaced or missing signage or other vandalism
  • Degraded or damaged trail surface
  • Illegal Dumping or other trash on the trail or trailheads
  • Or simply an inconvenience of some kind

Whatever the issue you discover while out enjoying the trail, please let us know about it!
